Emergency care

If you have a bad toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or swelling, call us. During opening hours we'll tell you how soon we can see you.

We're open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Outside these hours, message us on Telegram and we'll reply when we open.

Go to a hospital emergency department straight away if you have severe swelling of the face or neck, trouble breathing or swallowing, or bleeding that won't stop.

Knocked-out tooth: what to do now

  1. 1.Pick the tooth up by the crown (the white part), not the root.
  2. 2.If it's dirty, rinse it briefly in milk or clean water. Don't scrub it.
  3. 3.Try to put it back in the socket and bite gently on a clean cloth. If you can't, keep it in milk.
  4. 4.Call us and come in as soon as you can.

Can I come in without an appointment?

Please call first so we can tell you when we can see you and avoid a long wait.

What should I do for pain until my visit?

Ask a pharmacist which pain relief is right for you, and avoid very hot, cold or hard food on that side.
